This Cookie Policy explains which cookies are used by the rentassistance.app website (the "Site"), for what purposes, and how the user can manage them.

• __test — technical cookie of the hosting platform protecting the Site from automated requests (anti-DDoS / anti-bot). Lifetime: 6 hours.
• rentassistance_consent — saves your choice from the cookie banner so it is not shown repeatedly. Lifetime: 12 months.

2.2. Analytics

Cookies that help us understand how visitors use the Site: which pages they open, how long they stay, what device they use. All data is collected in anonymized form. These cookies are set only after the user has given consent via the cookie banner.

• At the time of publication of this Policy, analytics services are not connected. When connected, the cookie list will be extended (likely Yandex.Metrica: _ym_uid, _ym_d, _ym_isad, _ym_visorc).

2.3. What the Site Does Not Use

• Advertising cookies — the Site does not show ads and does not share data with ad networks.
• Marketing cookies from third parties (Facebook Pixel, Google Ads, etc.).
• Cross-site tracking cookies.

3. Consent and Withdrawal

On the first visit to the Site, the user sees a cookie banner with "Accept" and "Reject" buttons. The choice is stored in the rentassistance_consent cookie for 12 months.

• "Accept" — the user consents to all cookies, including analytics;
• "Reject" — only strictly necessary cookies are set. Analytics is not loaded.
